I wonder how many times you’ve checked the weather forecast for today. Will it rain or snow or will it be hot or humid? Is it picnic weather or time to get out the snow gear? What should I wear?
How many events in life are planned based on the weather forecast? Can you remember a time when the change in weather changed your plans? I remember one time there was a wedding that needed to be moved indoors because of “unexpected” circumstances. Sometimes plans get made only to find out the weatherman gave an inaccurate report.
A few years ago, when we traveled to Hawaii, we rented a convertible, looking forward to enjoying a week of sunshine. Beautiful blue skies with radiant sunshine as we started our journey, but moments later, it was pouring rain. We stopped quickly to put the top up! In a little while the sun came out again, so we thought we would try it with the top down again. Guess what? More rain!!
Life so many times is like a weather forecast. We plan for sun and get rain. Or we are not prepared or adaptable for what does happen. If we are not careful, our attitude and peace of mind can be disturbed by circumstances that are constantly changing and out of our control.
Unlike the weatherman’s forecast, God and His Word are always 100% reliable and always 100% accurate.
Psalm 18:30 NIV
“As for God, his way is perfect: The Lord’s word is flawless; he shields all who take refuge in him”
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A FORECAST OF HOPE AND BLESSING THEN YOU ARE AT THE RIGHT PLACE! GOD’S FORECAST IS ALWAYS ONE OF ONLY GOOD NEWS!!

Guess what? God is more truthful 😊 and can be trusted more accurately than the weatherman (because He does not lie.) (Numbers 23:19)
He can be trusted to always provide a GREAT forecast for the day. So today, why not believe in His faithful promises of good and have an awesome day?
HOW?????
- Listen to God “A hearing heart” I Kings 3:9
- Keep your joy “the joy of the Lord is your strength” Neh. 8:10
- Look for ways to give “give and it will be given” Luke 6:38
And remember:
“The depth of the hole can never compare to the depth of His love, the reach of His arms, and the height of His glory.”– David Jeremiah
When our hearts stay locked in with Him, blue skies and sunshine will fill our daysl
